Refund Eligibility

You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:

  • Service Failure: We fail to deliver reports for 3 consecutive trading days due to technical issues on our end
  • Wrong Information: You provided incorrect WhatsApp number and inform us within 24 hours of subscription
  • Duplicate Payment: You accidentally made multiple payments for the same subscription
  • Technical Issues: Our service experiences prolonged outages (more than 5 trading days in a month)
  • Unauthorized Transaction: Payment was made without your authorization (subject to verification)

You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

  • You provided an incorrect WhatsApp number and did not inform us within 24 hours
  • You cannot receive WhatsApp messages due to your device/network issues
  • You are dissatisfied with market performance or trading outcomes
  • You change your mind after using the service for more than 48 hours
  • Your WhatsApp account is banned, blocked, or deactivated
  • You violate our Terms of Service
  • More than 7 days have passed since your subscription started

Refund Request Timeframes

  • Monthly Subscription: Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of subscription
  • Yearly Subscription: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of subscription
  • Service Issues: Must be reported within 7 days of the incident
  • Technical Problems: Must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence

  • We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  • Our team will review your case within 3-5 business days
  • We may contact you for additional information
  • You will receive a decision via email

Refund Processing

Approved Refunds

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your bank

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: 100% of paid amount (minus payment gateway charges if applicable)

Force Majeure Events

Refund with Cancellation
